IT, Network & Support

A network that still works at eight on a Saturday night.

Tills that lose their connection. Guest Wi-Fi that slows down the office computer. A provider router built for ten devices now serving fifty. I build networks made for business – and I'm there when something gets stuck.

UniFiUbiquiti UniFi as the standard: professional, centrally managed, no per-device licence fees.
Up to the socketNetwork cabling, access points, rack and device connection – electrical installation stays with the electrician.
SupportRemote maintenance, on-site visits and a human who answers the phone.

Network & Wi-Fi

  • On-site survey: where are the access points, how is it cabled, where does the Wi-Fi drop – measured, not guessed
  • Separate networks: till, office, kitchen, guests and smart devices each in their own network (VLAN), so a guest's phone never sits next to the till
  • UniFi build-out: gateway, PoE switches, access points, cameras – centrally managed, with an overview for you and remote access for me
  • Several locations: connect branches securely, one dashboard for everything
  • Guest Wi-Fi with landing page, time limit and no access to your systems

Installation & network cabling

I run network cables, fit network sockets, mount access points and racks and connect devices to existing power sockets. Work on the electrical installation (fuse box, 230 V lines, new power sockets) I deliberately don't do; for insurance and liability reasons that stays with a certified electrician, whom I'm happy to coordinate with.

Website & webmail

For website, domain and mailboxes I work with a friend and fellow business owner who does this full time. For you that means one contact who knows how website, mail, network and bookkeeping fit together – and who makes sure the invoice from DATEV actually lands in the customer's inbox.

  • Set up or migrate domain, hosting and mailboxes
  • Microsoft 365 or classic webmail – whichever fits the business
  • Website maintenance, online menu, reservation and contact forms

Support

  • Remote maintenance for the quick things – printer, mail, till, “the thing doesn't work”
  • On-site visits for hardware, cabling and training
  • Agreed response times for businesses where downtime is expensive
Honestly: not every business needs a new network. Sometimes a better-placed access point or a cable instead of Wi-Fi to the till is enough. I'll tell you that before I sell hardware.

Wi-Fi problems? Let's measure instead of guess.

A short call, an on-site visit, a clear answer. The solution is usually smaller than feared.
